Iron Horizons Booking Policy

At Iron Horizons, every engagement is crafted to deliver impact — not just inspiration. Each event is customized to the audience, the mission, and the message. To honor that preparation and commitment, the following booking terms apply to all speaking engagements and training sessions.

Deposit & Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

  • Keynote Speaking: $400 deposit

  • Workshops / Corporate Training: $1,250 deposit

  • Virtual Sessions: $150 deposit

• The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Deposits secure your event date and begin the customization process for your presentation or training materials.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied once toward a future booking if rescheduled at least 30 days in advance of the original event date.

• Events canceled or rescheduled within 30 days of the engagement will forfeit the deposit.

• If Iron Horizons must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., travel or emergency), deposits will automatically transfer to a mutually agreed future date.

Travel & Logistics

• For in-person events, the client is responsible for reasonable travel, lodging, and per diem expenses unless otherwise negotiated.

• Virtual sessions include digital materials and follow-up resources at no additional cost.

Customization & Materials

All presentations are tailored to align with your organization’s goals and audience. Once the deposit is received, a pre-event consultation will be scheduled to define outcomes, tone, and takeaways.
Customized workbooks, digital resources, or branded materials may incur additional costs based on scope.
